Terms of use (end-user licence agreement)

These terms apply to RCM Ledger Link ("the connector"), a private tool operated by Pavandeep ("we"). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the connector, you agree to them.
1. Who may use it
The connector is for our own use and for people we authorize. It is not offered to the public. You may only connect companies you are permitted to access.
2. Your responsibilities
Every transaction the connector records is shown as a preview first and is only posted after approval. You are responsible for reviewing previews before approving them and for the accuracy of the books of the companies you connect.
3. No warranty
The connector is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the connector. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the connector, which is nothing.
5. Intuit and QuickBooks
QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc. under Intuit's own terms. Intuit is not responsible for the connector. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to your agreement with Intuit.
6. Ending use
You can stop using the connector at any time by disconnecting your company from the Apps page in QuickBooks Online or from the connector. We may stop providing the connector at any time.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
