A private bookkeeping connector
RCM Ledger Link is a small, privately run tool that lets its owner work on the QuickBooks Online companies they keep the books for, with the help of Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic.
What it does. It reads reports and lists (accounts, vendors, customers, tax codes) and, only after the owner approves a preview, records transactions such as expenses, bills, invoices, deposits and journal entries.
Where it runs. On the owner's own computer. Sign-ins to QuickBooks are kept there, encrypted, and are never sent to this website.
Who can use it. Only its owner. It is not offered to the public and is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store.
To connect a company, start the sign-in from the connector on your computer. To disconnect, remove RCM Ledger Link from the company's Apps page in QuickBooks, or disconnect the company in the connector.
